Maraschino finger cookies with chocolate
2 bottles (10 ounces is derived per cherry)
1 1 / 2 cups all purpose flour
1 / 2 cup cocoa, sugar
Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon tea
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 cup butter or margarine, soft
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1 / 2 c. Tea Vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons milk 2%
Baker's Joy No-Stick Baking Spray
Drain maraschino cherries, juice reserved 1 tsp. Flour, cocoa,
Salt and yeast in a large bowl and mix well.
Place the butter and sugar in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed
Speed of 3 minutes to 4 or until smooth it out. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Chocolate chips and milk in a saucepan. Stir constantly over low

or until cookies are firm. E REMOV on a grid. Cool completely. Store
in an airtight container.
